REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
If KOJAM Events cancels an event, vendors and attendees will receive either a refund or a credit toward another KOJAM event, as determined by KOJAM Events.
Food vendors who do not pass health department or fire marshal inspections will not receive a refund or credit. All required permits, documentation, and safety standards must be met prior to the event.
If a vendor is unable to attend, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required. KOJAM Events will do its best to give credit for other events as possible.
KOJAM Events will make the best educated decision, in collaboration with event venue, on weather related circumstances to keep all vendors and attendees safe. No refunds due to weather- we will offer vendors a credit for another KOJAM event.
