Welcome to KOJAM Events, LLC (“KOJAM Events,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using this website, purchasing tickets, registering as a vendor, or participating in any KOJAM-hosted event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content without permission. All images, logos, event names, and materials on this site are the property of KOJAM Events, LLC.

2. Vendor Registration & Participation

2.1 Vendor Acceptance

Submitting a vendor registration does not guarantee acceptance. KOJAM Events reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor at our sole discretion.

2.2 Payment

Vendor fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Booth spaces are not confirmed until payment is received.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of:

• Vendor withdrawal

• Schedule conflicts

• Weather conditions

• Event modifications outside of KOJAM Events’ control

If KOJAM Events cancels an event entirely, we may issue credits or transfers at our discretion.

2.4 Booth Setup & Requirements

Vendors are responsible for:

• Providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment

• Securing tents with proper weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg)

• Adhering to setup and breakdown times provided

• Complying with all health, fire, safety, and local business regulations

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

2.5 Food Vendors

All food vendors must comply with local county health permits and fire codes. KOJAM Events may request documentation at any time.

3. Event Changes & Weather Policy

Event dates, locations, layouts, hours, and logistics may change.
Outdoor events proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated.
KOJAM Events is not responsible for weather, natural events, road closures, or acts of God.

Refunds are not issued due to weather.

4. Ticket Purchases (Attendees)

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless KOJAM Events cancels an event in full.
If a ticket holder cannot attend, no refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Photography & Media Release

By attending a KOJAM Events program, festival, or activity, you grant permission for KOJAM Events, LLC to capture photos, videos, and audio recordings that may be used for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Websites

• Print materials

• Promotional campaigns

No compensation will be provided.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

6. Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

By participating in or attending any KOJAM Events activity, you agree to:

• Assume all risks associated with participation

• Release KOJAM Events, LLC, its staff, volunteers, partners, and venues from any liability for injuries, damages, theft, or losses

Vendors are responsible for:

• Their own products

• Their equipment

• Any damage caused by their setup or activities

KOJAM Events is not liable for lost sales, low traffic, weather impact, or vendor performance.

7. Conduct Policy

KOJAM Events reserves the right to remove any vendor or attendee who:

• Engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior

• Violates event rules

• Displays disrespectful conduct toward staff, vendors, or attendees

No refunds will be issued for removals.

8. Payment Processing & Fees

Credit card processing fees may apply.
Vendors and attendees acknowledge that these fees are set by payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Square) and are non-refundable.

9. External Links

Our website may contain links to external sites not operated by KOJAM Events.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through registrations, ticket purchases, or forms is used only for KOJAM Events operations and communication.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

KOJAM Events may update these Terms at any time.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
